Hello peoples, I'm Arietty, same Arietty that comments on womensspace.org if anyone reads over there.

Here's my list of stuffs:

8 children, adult to toddler
46 years old
Ex-fundy
Ex-quiverfull
Ex-homeschooler
Ex-bible believer
christian with a very small c
Divorced nearly 11 years from abusive, mentally ill, partiarchal jerk.
Remarried 5 years, VERY HAPPY!
Feminist
Spend a lot of time in varying Fandoms, still returning to many loves lost when a big C christian.
Always trying to work it all out.. the appeal of extreme movements. WHY? and.. WTF??

Thanks to all for your wonderful comments in the blog and to Laura and Vyckie for your bravery in telling your story so publicly.

I love your posts, Arietty! They speak the truth about the abuse of women by men. This is something the fundies don't want to admit to or face.
