a short introduction:

i found this blog and forum just today and have been devouring it for hours. i was never part of the Quiverfull movement, but grew with a very abusive sort of quasi-Christianity, which led me to the Pentacostal church. i have only been free of all that for a few months. the things i have read here resonate with me very deeply.

i don't talk to many people very often, on or offline, so i probably won't have much to say here, but i wanted to let all of you know that i AM reading- because i need to. i'm sure there are many other lurkers out there who don't know quite what they think of their own lives yet.

I feel for you, bugland. It's hard when you are first coming out of an environment like that. Hang in there, the freedom is worth it!
