I just realized that I have been posting out of no-where. Been a lurker for a while and wanted to say hi again. I wasn't raised in patriarchy or religion, but was the kid that cult parents feared because I was constantly questioning everything and anything.
On the personal front: I'm engaged to a wonderful man. At the age of 29 I'm a junior at a great college up here in Appleton, Wisconsin. My life has been hell mostly due to mental issues and have found stability only in the past two years.
Hope I don't annoy you all too much.

What are the odds of someone else on the board being from Appleton! Then again, my life is full of weird coincidences. I moved up here from Miami 2 years ago. 4 months later, my bestest friend since 10th grade moved up here, also from Miami. This same friend took me to the airport when I came up here and cried the whole time cuz he thought he would never see me again.
I picked my nickname long ago. I really admire Lucretia Borgia. She was a bad-ass woman for her time.
