Hi, I'm Pepper, of Pepper and Paprika, Feminist (etc etc whatever and then some) blog extraordinaire! I have been reading NLQ off and on, and I am a great big fan 
!
I was raised Jehova's Wittness, although I actively rejected that faith as a child and young woman. I have to say, so MANY things that were so senseless to me about it now make sense (sort of) in the greater context of the fundie/patriarchal movements. I finally understand why the people in the congregation kept calling me a witch! Also the ban on troll and cabbage patch dolls! So, thank you for that. As a survivor of spiritual abuse, I think that NLQ is an awesome resource. I like to laugh, I'm irreverant and I swear like a sailor on my own blog, but I am serious about ending spiritual abuse.
I now practice Shinto, and live with the profoundest hope that we can learn from and help each other.
