Hello!
I was never part of any sort of "movement" but have finally abandoned the idea of not doing anything at all to prevent children. We have three daughters right now (hence my UN) and would like one more. Still a larger than usual family nowadays, but not nearly as large as we probably would have if we didn't do anything to prevent.
I don't regret the wonderful children I have nor when they were born spacing-wise, but I'm so glad that I came to this realization now and not, say, after a few more children. Just this realization and change in perspective has been amazingly freeing and this was a personal decision, not one forced on me by anyone. How much more freeing must breaking free from this mindset be if one was raised believing this or brought in to this way of thinking through the persuasion of friends!
The QF and patriocentric movements fascinate me (in a horrifying sort of way) so I figured I should finally join here instead of just periodically following links to posts here.
I lurk over at the Free Jinger forum as well.
